Terms of use
Last updated: 20 October 2026
1. Scope and provider
These terms of use apply to the use of ZeitFinder and the purchase of AI credits from Bächinger Musik GmbH. Contact details are available in the legal notice. For paid purchases, the version shown to you before purchase applies. Later changes do not apply retrospectively to purchases already completed.
If you use ZeitFinder for a school, business or other organisation, or make a purchase on its behalf, you must be authorised to do so. Minors need the consent of their legal representative required by applicable law to make a purchase.
2. What ZeitFinder provides
ZeitFinder supports coordinating shared events and creating timetables. Paid AI features are available alongside the free scheduling features. The scope of features described at the time of use or before purchase is authoritative.
The quality of scheduling also depends on the availability and requirements entered. Not every combination allows a complete solution. AI output may contain errors and must be checked before use. No particular scheduling outcome or content assessment is guaranteed. Statutory rights relating to defective services remain unaffected.
3. Prices, orders and payment
Before purchase, you are shown the number of AI credits and the total price in Swiss francs. The displayed total includes any taxes payable on the purchase. This is a one-time payment with no subscription or automatic renewal.
After choosing a package, you are taken to Stripe’s payment page. There you can review the purchase and correct your details before completing it. By submitting the final payment confirmation, you place a binding order for the package shown. ZeitFinder accepts the order through an electronic purchase confirmation or by adding the paid credits. A cancelled or failed payment does not entitle you to credits.
Payments are processed by Stripe. After successful payment, credits are added to the associated ZeitFinder account. Confirmation of the saved email address may be required to activate or use them. If credits are not added, contact us with your order reference.
4. Using AI credits
AI credits entitle you to use the AI features marked accordingly. The number of credits required for each feature is shown in the application. A credit is deducted only for an AI analysis successfully provided and displayed as a result. Preparing a request and failed submissions without a delivered result are not charged.
Purchased credits currently have no automatic expiry date. They belong to the associated account and are not a freely transferable means of payment. Free introductory or promotional credits may be tied to a poll or account and do not entitle you to a cash payment.
If you notice an incorrect deduction, report it to us. We will check the billing and correct unauthorised charges. Changes to the free service must not devalue existing entitlements to services without an appropriate solution.
5. Refunds and statutory rights
Swiss law generally provides no general right of withdrawal for online purchases. These terms do not limit any mandatory rights available to you under applicable law.
If a service is missing or defective, please contact info@zeitfinder.ch. We will assess whether the service must be provided, the credit restored or an amount refunded. This does not create an entitlement to a particular scheduling result. We decide on voluntary refunds of unused credits upon request. If ZeitFinder is permanently discontinued, we will offer an appropriate settlement for unused paid credits, including a proportionate refund, unless an equivalent solution is agreed.
6. Your responsibilities
Only enter data and upload content you are entitled to use for the relevant purpose. Inform affected people about how their data is used. For school polls, follow the school’s requirements and obtain any necessary consent.
Keep admin and editing links confidential and share poll and result links only with the intended recipients. You are responsible for the content you enter and the results you share. In particular, unlawful content, unauthorised access, infringement of others’ rights and attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited.
7. Availability and changes
Maintenance, faults or outages affecting service providers may temporarily limit use. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Keep your own backup of results you need permanently.
Access may be restricted in cases of serious misuse. We take into account the interests of those affected and entitlements to services already paid for. Such measures do not automatically cancel valid payment or refund claims.
8. Liability
Statutory liability rules apply. To the extent permitted by law, liability for damage caused by slight negligence is excluded. This exclusion does not apply to breaches of essential contractual obligations, personal injury or where mandatory law provides for liability. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
9. Personal data
Information on how personal data is processed, the service providers involved and your data protection rights is available in the privacy policy. Agreeing to these terms does not constitute blanket consent to the processing of any and all personal data.
10. Applicable law and contact
Swiss law applies. Mandatory protections and statutory jurisdictions that apply in your favour under the applicable law remain unaffected. For questions or complaints, contact us at info@zeitfinder.ch.
